Our S.P.A.R.A. course will give you a solid grounding in the principles of self-defence and protecting yourself in your day-to-day life. Train in a supportive environment among like-minded people, and benefit from our instructors' wealth of knowledge to help you avoid confrontation - and know what to do should the worst happen.

What is S.P.A.R.A.?
Martial Fitness has been operating for over 30 years, teaching boxing, kickboxing, and self-defence to all ages - now we're offering a seminar to equip you with the tools to stay safe on the streets.

The Self Preservation And Risk Awareness course is founded on the principle that the average person isn't ex-military, police, or a mixed martial artist. You don't want to get in a physical confrontation, and we want to give you the skills to avoid exactly that. ​


The S.P.A.R.A. introductory seminar is up to 2hrs long, with separate classes for under 18s. We cover a range of topics, including:

​Each seminar will have a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring everybody gets the chance to contribute and benefit in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
